01Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Model Context Protocol (MCP) apps and servers published by Safrow Labs (“Safrow”, “we”, “us”), including Kanban, and the pages at safrow.com/mcp (together, the “Apps”). By connecting to or using an App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Apps.
02The Apps
The Apps are tools that AI assistants such as ChatGPT and Claude can display inside a conversation. They are currently free. We may add, change, suspend or discontinue any App or feature at any time, with or without notice.
03Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) and meet the requirements of the AI assistant you use the Apps in. If you use the Apps on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to accept these Terms for it.
04Third-party platforms
The Apps run inside AI assistants and platforms operated by third parties. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and policies. We do not control, and are not responsible for, those platforms, their availability, or how they process your conversations.
05Your content
You own what you create in the Apps, such as cards and boards. Unless an App's page or our Privacy Policy says otherwise, your content is stored on your device, not by us. You are responsible for keeping backups, for example with the App's export feature. Content saved in browser storage can be lost if you clear your browser data, switch devices, or if the host platform blocks storage. We are not responsible for lost content.
06Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Apps for anything unlawful, or to violate the rights of others;
- attempt to disrupt, overload, probe or gain unauthorised access to our servers or infrastructure;
- send automated traffic to our servers beyond normal use through an AI assistant;
- use the Apps to distribute malware or harmful code;
- misrepresent your affiliation with Safrow, or present the Apps as your own.
We may block access for anyone who breaks these rules.
07Intellectual property
The Safrow name, logos and the design of the Apps belong to Safrow Labs. Where an App's source code is published under an open-source licence (for example the MIT License), that licence governs your use of the code, and nothing in these Terms limits your rights under it.
08Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information. It is part of these Terms.
09Disclaimer of warranties
The Apps are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and that the Apps will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure. AI assistants may misread requests or describe an App's state incorrectly; always check the App itself.
10Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Safrow will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or revenue, arising from or related to your use of the Apps. Our total liability for any claim related to the Apps is limited to US$50. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not fully apply to you.
11Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Safrow harmless from claims, damages and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Apps or your breach of these Terms.
12Termination
You can stop using the Apps at any time by disconnecting them from your AI assistant. We may suspend or end your access at any time if you break these Terms or if we discontinue an App. Sections 5, 7 and 9 to 13 survive termination.
13General
These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Safrow about the Apps. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms; we may transfer ours as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
14Changes
We may update these Terms. We will change the effective date above and, for material changes, post a notice on this page. Continuing to use the Apps after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
